I Haven't Run- Yet Anyway

Just busy with work & all sorts of other intrusions. Only wishing I was bored at this point. I keep dozing off only to wake a few minutes later mid-panic attack.

Not sure what that's all about.

Oh, Bobby...

I wish I knew how to ease your troubled mind. Please know I am sending peaceful thoughts and dreams your way...

Keep breathing through the panic attacks. Try and listen to what your body is telling you - panic attacks, inability to sleep, stomach acid in the back of your throat, migraines - your body has had alot to say in the past few weeks . . . hang in there. We're here to listen when you are ready to talk.
Blessings,
Kate+

I agree with Axe. Find a smile and some joy and then try to get some real sleep and not little cat naps. :)

My sister had a very good laugh the other day. She laughed so hard, she thought she was going to throw up.

She was recalling all the times in her life when she has seen me flying through the air.

Hope it does something for you, too, Bobby!
love ya
